Delivery & returns

Delivery

Our delivery options are:

  • Standard Delivery UK orders over £50 - FREE UK Delivery (48 hours from despatch) sent tracked via Royal Mail 
  • Standard Delivery UK orders under £50 - £4.00 sent tracked using Royal Mail 
  • 24 hour Delivery - £5.00 sent tracked using Royal Monday - Thursday
  • Express Delivery (order before 2pm, Mon-Thurs) - Next Day Before 1pm - £10.95
  • Click & Collect in store - just indicate a preferred time for collection from Monday-Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm in the comments section at the checkout 
  • Worldwide Standard Delivery - £15 Europe, £20 rest of the world

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

 

Returns policy

You may return an item you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery for any reason.

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact.

How to return

1. Head to 'My Account' which can be found HERE

2. Didn't create an account when you ordered? Don't worry - create one using the email address that you used when ordering and your order will be found and linked to your account once you have logged in. 

3. Go to 'My Orders' on the left hand side. In there, click on the order number that you wish to return your item/s from. 

4. On the 'Order Information' screen scroll to the bottom of the page and select the 'Return Item(s)' box. 

5. You will be directed to the 'Which items do you want to return?' screen where you will be able to complete the returns form. Click send. 

6. Finally, please send your item(s) with your order number to our address:

PLEASE NOTE - You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt). We would recommend that you return your item(s) via registered post.

Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to show on your original payment method. 

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size/style etc (if in stock) upon request. All exchanges must be made within the 14-day period. Please indicate when returning item(s) that you will like an exchange. Exchanges are limited to stock availability.

 

Exclusions

Please note that earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Sunday Best retains the right the cancel orders at any point before they are dispatched. A contract is formed with you only when your order has been dispatched – not at the time of the order being placed, not when payment is taken and not when your order has been confirmed. Up until the goods are dispatched the order can be cancelled by either party for any reason. If payment has been taken before an order is cancelled, a full refund will be given to you.

 

Cancellations

We endeavor to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

Once Sunday Best receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract, any sum debited to Sunday Best from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Sunday Best in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Sunday Best.
