Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.
If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched and commenced their carriage to you, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
Once Sunday Best receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract, any sum debited to Sunday Best from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Sunday Best in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Sunday Best.
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery for any reason.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 working days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact.
Whilst in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered with original labels and documentation. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
How to return

2. You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt). We would recommend that you return your item(s) via registered post.
3. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.
4. Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement. When a refund is issued we will use the same payment method used by you to pay for your order.
We are happy to exchange an item for different size/ style etc (if in stock) upon request. You will not be charged postage in the UK for exchanged item(s). All exchanges must be made within the 14-day period. Please indicate on your invoice when returning item(s) that you will like an exchange. Exchanges are limited to stock availability.
Please note that earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Sunday Best retains the right the cancel orders at any point before they are dispatched. A contract is formed with you only when your order has been dispatched – not at the time of the order being placed, not when payment is taken and not when your order has been confirmed. Up until the goods are dispatched the order can be cancelled by either party for any reason. If payment has been taken before an order is cancelled, a full refund will be given to you.
