This Pinko dress has a low 'v' neckline with open batwing style sleeves. At the top the dress fits loose and relaxed in a beautifully soft fine knit. At the waist the knit changes into a narrow ribbed style hugging the body over the hips. It can be pulled up and worn shorter or left longer to create the appearance of a pencil skirt.
