Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 working days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered with original labels and documentation. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Send the unworn item(s) with your invoice to our address:

2. You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt). We would recommend that you return your item(s) via registered post.
3. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.
4. Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement or pay pal account. When a refund is issued we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange an item for different size/ style etc (if in stock) upon request. You will not be charged postage for an exchanged item(s). All exchanges must be made within the 14-day period. Please indicate on your invoice when returning an item(s) that you will like an exchange. Exchanges are limited to stock availability.
