SB fact: Each staff member is treated to flowers, gifts and cards on their birthday, as well as being surprised with a 'Happy Birthday' song sung by staff on that day, and customers who may be in the store at the time! Plus the rest of us are treated with cake as it has become an unofficial act to bring your own cake in on your birthday!!
